After years guiding travelers across Spain and Portugal, we founded TourUs Iberia with one simple goal: to create the kind of journeys we always wished existed.
For years, we welcomed travelers from around the world as international tour directors, crossing the Iberian Peninsula countless times and discovering not only its iconic landmarks, but also the people, traditions and hidden places that rarely appear in guidebooks.
Along the way, we realized something important.
Travelers rarely remember every monument they visited.

Before TourUs Iberia became a company, it was a shared passion.
After years working as international tour directors across Spain and Portugal, we discovered that the journeys people remembered most were never defined by the hotels they stayed in or the monuments they visited. They were defined by the people they met, the stories they heard and the feeling of truly belonging in a destination.
That realization inspired us to create TourUs Iberia: a boutique destination management company built around authenticity, trust and meaningful human connections.
