1. Reservation Requests
Submitting the reservation form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All reservations are subject to availability.
2. Payment
Once availability has been confirmed, TourUs Iberia will send a personalized secure payment link. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on this page are exclusive rates available only to registered attendees of the IGLTA Global Convention 2026.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before the experience: Full refund.
- Between 30 and 60 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before: Non-refundable.
If TourUs Iberia cancels an experience due to force majeure or insufficient participation, participants will receive a full refund.
5. Minimum Participation
Some experiences require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not reached, TourUs Iberia reserves the right to cancel the experience and offer either an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Changes
TourUs Iberia reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries where necessary without affecting the overall quality of the experience.
7. Liability
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected experience. TourUs Iberia shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
